Central location in the nice building, polite stuff. There a fridge, microwave and sink in the room, but without a kettle. You have some drinks in the fridge you can buy, I took a water for 1, it was convenient and actually cheaper than in supermarket.

I liked everything about this place. It is very central, just 10 minutes walk from the centre. The hosts were lovely, really helpful. The place was very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was good.

Lovely couple. Flight delayed and they were very accommodating to our very late arrival. Bed very comfortable with extra pillows and blanket if required. Super clean. Spacious. Mini bar with snacks. Great central location. Would stay here again. About 10 minutes walk from the main train station and coast / pier.

The location and the facilities were very good. The shower and the bed are positive things that worth mentioning. There is an Aldi below the hotel facilitating a last time purchase. The hosts did everything to make our visit enjoyable. I definitely recommend if you are looking a peaceful hotel with super service

Everything was just fine. The location is great in the centre. Very nice and helpful hosts. Always ready to help with any question. We had a very nice apartment. We consider Rooms Boutique Carducci the best, beautiful, cosy and with a good atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic stay I had at Xenia and Alessio's place. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay at their accommodation exceptional. Upon arrival, Xenia and Alessio welcomed me warmly and with open arms. Not only did they provide a warm reception, but they also immediately offered their assistance in arranging transportation and providing tips on which attractions to visit. Their local knowledge was invaluable and certainly enriched my experience in the city. An additional pleasant surprise was the little gift they had prepared for me. It was a sweet gesture that made my stay even more special. As for the accommodation itself, everything was meticulously arranged. The minibar was well-stocked, and the room amenities were excellent. They even had materials available to quickly polish my rental car, which was a convenient addition. In summary, my stay at Xenia and Alessio's place was absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend their accommodation to anyone looking for a great experience in this beautiful city. Very central location. Some rooms face a busy street, but the traffic is much less at night, and with closed window it is quiet. Air-conditioning available. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.

The accommodation is clean, everything is new, it's quite cramped for 4 people, but it was a 3-bed room with an extra bed, so we were prepared for that. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, and the staff is extra kind. Parking can be arranged nearby on the streets.

The owners are super friendly and kind and go all the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room (actually a suite) was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was even preparing special dishes for breakfast upon request. The location is perfect for both the old city centre as well as buses to the places of interest. When you travel by car theres an underground car park at reasonable prices within 200m walk. If youre a light sleeper make sure you bring earplugs, because Italian traffic goes on until late midnight.
